Wei-Lun “Allen” Chang

Wei-Lun Chang is the associate professor of department of business administration in Tamkang University. His interests include service science, CRM, and IT applications in management. He also publishes papers in several international journals, including CACM, Journal of Information Science, Knowledge-Based Systems, and Journal of Computer Information Systems.
