Sangeeta Shah Bharadwaj

Dr. Sangeeta Shah Bharadwaj is professor, Information Management Area, MDI, Gurgaon. She has done research in knowledge management practices in large Indian organizations , software project teams and managing experiential knowledge for improving software project performance. She has co authored a book on Business Process Outsourcing for Strategic Advantage and she has conducted EU funded research in BPO: Building win-win relationship between the Indian service provider and European clients.
