Ranjini Swamy

Ranjini Swamy is Professor of Organizational Behavior at Goa Institute of Management, Goa, India. After completing the Fellow Programme in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India in 1988, she has been teaching courses in the area of Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Development. She has published articles in the Human Relations, Vikalpa and Journal of Business Ethics Education and contributed chapters to various books. Some of her case studies on ethics are available on the Giving Voice to Values website at Babson College, USA. She enjoys reading, travelling and experiencing different cultures.
