Anneloes M. L. Raes

Anneloes Raes is an assistant professor at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland. Her expertise and interest include top management teams, relationships between top management teams and their middle managers, temporal dynamics of teamwork, as well as energy in teams and organizations. Anneloes received a PhD from Maastricht University in the Netherlands. She was a visiting scholar at the Anderson School of Management at the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA) and Harvard University. Her work on top management teams has been published in journals such as the Academy of Management Review and Small Group Research, and in 2011, she was awarded with the ODCHealthways “pioneering research” award.
