Chenjiazi Zhong
Dr. Zhong is the founder of Fundopedia. She is a former portfolio manager (PM) (strategy chief investment officer) at BlackRock, the world’s largest asset management firm by assets under management (AUM). Before BlackRock, Dr. Zhong was a fund PM at UBS, the world’s largest private bank by AUM. She started her career as a Wall Street analyst at Lehman Brothers.
Dr. Zhong has also been a subject-matter expert and consultant in asset management. The institutions she has actively provided advice since 2022 include McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, Deloitte, PwC, and Ernst & Young. She is frequently invited to roundtable events and webcasts as a public speaker in the US and Asia Pacific.
Dr. Zhong published the books Alternatives Thinker: Endowment Investment Philosophy to Active Portfolio Management in 2013 and Strategies That Chinese Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Used to Attract Venture Capital in 2018.
