David H. Gaylin

David Gaylin is an expert in arts management, business strategy, and executive development. He is a managing director of Con Brio Consulting LLC, a management consulting firm, and combines a 25-year career in corporate strategy and development with eight years of CEO-level arts management experience. Gaylin earned his AB degree from Harvard College and MBA from Harvard Business School. An active clarinetist, his music study includes a Master’s degree in conducting from the New England Conservatory of Music. He has written for the Wall Street Journal, Management Review, Journal of Business Strategy, Human Resources Professional, and other publications.
