Kathy Beyerchen has 20+ years of labor experience with publicly traded and privately held corporations ranging in size from a Fortune 250 company to a small agricultural cooperative. She has a Master’s in Labor and Human Resources and held her SPHR certification for 20 years. Kathy owned and operated two highly successful small businesses which greatly shaped her negotiating talents.
