Olga Kugatkina is a business founder, strategist, and board advisor. She advised entrepreneurs and boards on scaling businesses and expanding operations.

With a career spanning Silicon Valley and London, she has led over 200 due diligence assessments and valuations, contributing to the successful execution of more than 114 deals valued between $100 million and $1 billion. Olga has guided companies through successful exits on the London Stock Exchange and NYSE and via strategic sales.

Her expertise extends to providing strategic advice to the U.S. Department of Commerce on cross-border investments and conducting research for the UK Department of Business and Trade. She holds a PhD in International Economics and is an alumna of the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University and the Strategic Leadership Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
